We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Tax Department's Client Service Team leaders.

With offices in Tucson, Phoenix, and Nogales, Arizona, we provide accounting, assurance, tax, and advisory services to U.S. and foreign-based entrepreneurs, organizations, and businesses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative assistance including assigning extensions to the correct team members and pulling reports for team leaders.
  • Assists with returning phone calls, prepares written correspondence and communicates with clients by email.
  • Assists with processing the daily check deposit.
  • Provides administrative support to the Client Service Team leaders.
  • Handles sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to sort through information, assess priorities, and resolve problems efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to multi-task with strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle time sensitive situations and manage interruptions while also addressing special circumstances
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential staff information
  • Ability to attend to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials

Qualifications

  • At least two years administrative experience, in a professional setting
  • Professional services experience a plus
  • A High School Diploma or GED required
